This is the second Irish Newsboy Scholar Cap I have purchased from Irish Tweeds. This time the color was Dark Charcoal. We can have some really severe and cold winters here in Vermont. Once again, the quality was perfect and the color was divine. It matches his topcoat perfectly. More to come.
