Donegal Tweed from the Northwest corner of Ireland. Sheep graze freely on the open mountains of Donegal and are shorn in the Springtime.

Most of the tweed is loomed using traditional techniques.

The colours vary considerably from deep black to bright creams and yellows. Dyes are mainly from natural sources and reflect the pristine nature of the countryside.

One of the features of true Donegal Tweed is the specks of bright colour that peek out from the fabric.
